PerMission LLC is a team of community engagement professionals with over 100 years of combined experience and practice. Our work focuses on equipping organizations, individuals, and communities with the tools to find authentic ways to engage, build capacity, deepen connections and find solutions to shared challenges.
PerMission emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support communities, and a desire for actions that speak louder than words. Our team works to build long-term, innovative, and high impact programs that create community and organizational change.

Our Founder
Xavier Russell
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. A true grassroots level practitioner, Xavier understands that focusing on the strengths rather than deficiencies is crucial to developing solutions to issues that have a positive impact. He has lead several successful community based initiatives at local, regional and national levels and currently serves on the board for the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) Institute at DePaul University. Xavier founded PerMission LLC as a means of bringing together leading professionals from various sectors to offer innovative and pragmatic solutions.
